Not sure where to start
How to choose your session
29 treatments is a lot to scan on a phone, so start with what is bothering
you rather than with the menu. Worth knowing before you pick: the NIH's National
Center for Complementary and Integrative Health describes
massage therapy as generally safe for most people when it is performed by a trained practitioner — so the decision below is mostly
about what you want out of the hour.
Deep tissue or Swedish?
Deep tissue if something specific hurts; Swedish if you want to switch off. Deep
tissue runs $80 for 60 minutes against $70 for Swedish, and the $10 buys firmer, slower, more focused
pressure rather than more time. Deep tissue is also the only treatment on the menu
with a 30 minute option at $45, which is the one to book
when a single shoulder is the problem and your lunch break is short.
Couples massage or four hands?
Different treatments at similar prices. Couples Massage ($140
for 60 minutes) is two people on two tables side by side in one private room, each
with their own therapist. Four Hands ($150 for 60 minutes)
is one person and two therapists working in rhythm. Book couples for a shared
evening; book four hands when the hour is entirely yours.
Which lymphatic treatment fits?
Three bookings on the menu are lymphatic work, and they solve different problems.
None of them use deep pressure — that is the point of them.
Head spa: which one?
Start with the Signature Head Spa at $118 for 60 minutes — cleanse, shampoo care,
warm towel and a long scalp massage. Add the neck and shoulders ($168 for 90
minutes) if you carry your day in your traps. The $198, $228 and $288 rituals stack
a facial and a full-body massage on top; they are a half-day, not an errand, and
they are booked by phone because the room is held longer than the online calendar
allows.
Booking while pregnant?
Prenatal Massage is $90 for 60 minutes or $130 for 90 minutes, worked in a supported
side-lying position. It is the one massage that does not carry the complimentary hot
stones and cupping — neither belongs in a pregnancy session. Tell us your trimester
when you book, and check with your doctor or midwife first if your pregnancy is high
risk.
Still deciding?
-
Name the goal. A stubborn shoulder, plain relaxation, puffiness, an itchy scalp, a
date night — every treatment on this page maps to one of those. If it is
relaxation, Mayo Clinic's overview of
relaxation techniques is a good primer on keeping the effect going between visits.
-
Pick your time. 60 minutes for maintenance, 90 minutes when something specific
hurts, 120 minutes or more when the week has been long.

Book online or call (415) 916-3282. Square shows live availability and takes about a
minute. Buying for someone else?
